I depart heathrow at 2245 and arrive next evening at 1900
however with a 2 hr stopover
i dont sleep the night befor i fly and this helps me sleep on both legs of the flight

Jetlag is a common phenomenon when you are doing long distance flights. To prevent this you should adequate rest before nay long distance flights. Also prepare in advance for these trips and never leave anything for the final day. Try to get everything ready well before going for such flights.

Going to Bkk in 2 weeks for the first time from the UK longest flight i've ever been on and think it is going to take me a few days to recover from the jetlag
