Lets say that I'd like to get a honest massage for a honest price near Nana/Sukhumvit. Does anyone have a recommendation?
I like to have a big healthy breakfast everyday around 11am with a tasty cup of coffee. Is the Atlanta Coffee shop the best place for this?
Does anyone have a recommendation for place to get the hair chopped?

I always go to a hair dresser, not a barber. Thai barbers tend to leave you looking like an army conscript. :P
Foodland on Soi 5 - just north of NEP on Sukhumwit - has a decent breakfast for a reasonable price. Don't know what time they stop serving it, but I think you can still get breakfast that late there. It's sort of a lunch counter as soon as you enter Foodland.
What kind of massage do you have in mind - a plain massage or a massage with extras? Big difference. :)

If you want the soapie massage i would reccomend Annies Sauna & Massage - more or less across the road from Nana. If it is the ordinary massage i am sorry i have no recommendations.
I´ve had a very good breakfast many times in Beergarden soi 7. Think it is served until 12 or maybe 1 P.M.

Several massage places on Soi 7/1. Most will offer extras but at least start with decent massage. Best ligit massage is 1/2 way down soi 7/1, right next to eden club. Good, cheap massage with no extras so girls focus on the massage. 300 thb for 1 hour oil. called porntip or parntrip or something...
For Western breakfast try Soi 8 pub on Suk soi 8. English and American breakfast is you want the usual...

Apsara massage is great and it is on Soi 4 (Soi Nana) itself. Same side of street as Nana plaza.
