  1. Right now BKK & Pattaya are the only locations I am aware of with open for business Go Go's and Bars. If I had my choice of where in the world to sit out the pandemic, it would be LOS. It is not even close as all the Go Go's & bars in MNL and all the bars. clubs and bordellos in Jakarta are closed. There are still plenty of sex hungry girls in these cities. You can find them on their respective social media sites, but it just not as much fun, IMHO, as bar hopping. An intro to MNL & CGK: In pre Corona times MNL had 2 great night life areas: Makati, MNL Burgos Street and

  2. Time is the deciding factor for me. In the early afternoons I like go to oily parlors or ask girls I know previously to come over for a shag, lunch, & a swim. Then in the early evening 6pm to 8pm I like to go to my favorite soapies, between 8:30pm and 11pm is prime Go Go time, and after midnight is the time for hitting up the clubs and/or seeing what is available on the street. Now I don't engage in all these activities & venues every day, but I usually like to have a varying combo of 2 of them per day. For example: I will have an afternoon oily massage & then go to the Go G

  3. After being here for so long, I rarely go to the gogo's now. They're fun, but do find there's so many better options for the money. I do seem to spend too much and after a few drinks I'm a sucker for lady drinks, especially in the hands on place. It's now an occasional treat. Beer bars have never been my thing, I'm always happy to have a chat with someone, but again after being here so long its the same conversation each time. After a health scare I try not to drink too much now too, so when I do go out for a few drinks prefer to do it with friends rather than bar girls. I use massag

  5. I am dating an impressive new woman and struggling to find interesting things to do for dates when she asked if i would have a Christmas tree. i showed her the scene from Goodfellas where Henry brings home the tree ("Karen! I got the biggest one they had") and she told me about a 3 story Christmas super-store near Bang Wa BTS. We had a great time and the prices were really good. I paid 700thb for a 4ft / 1.5m tree. she had the best time getting drunk and decorating the tree. 10/10 would do again. I am attaching a scan of the map/contact details they gave and a picture of my Goodfell

  6. Dude, I went to Bugs Cafe in Siem Reap and had quite the experience. We ate scorpions, crickets, some sort of larvae and a huge "water bug". I think it was a roach but I ate it anyway. I'll eat almost anything but that was a challenge. The night we went they were out of tarantula otherwise I would have had that too. If anybody is going to Angkor Wat, check that place out.

  7. korat- zero "farang style" action. bunch of soapies/brothels in the city not hard to find with a quick google search. as for drinking go to dok mai cafe or happyland(same soi) which are outdoor thai pubs with pretty girls and live music. helps if you can speak a little thai but still ok if not. korat is a nice city but its a working/middle class thai city with zero tourists. KK- small farang style bar area for retired expats, girls are old as well. nice that the thai nightlife area is next to it so you can check out a lot of different bars all in the same area. udo

  8. Once again, Keep It Fun writes a post so that I do not have to: same same me. (I'd perhaps just add Soi 7 Beergarden to my own list. I will often pop in for a few late afternoon beers if there's nothing happening on Soi 4 or if the Morning Night/Stumble Inn birds are annoying me (sudden onset of unsolicited lady drink feeding frenzy 🙄), or just for a change of scenery. Beergarden usually full of old bangers, but late afternoon you can sometimes find a real gem among the rubbish. Older, bolder, and more fun, the gals in there: the way like them.) Tom Tit 😷

  9. MNL can be more expensive than BKK, but it depends on where you look and what you are looking for. Comparing top end Go Go to top end Go Go, MNL IS more expensive. For example at Kojax or Plan B: the barfine is 3500 pesos and a sexiest girls will want 3500 pesos for ST which is $144 total, however, 3 lady drinks will be comped off your bill if you barfine the girl. That's worth 1000 pesos or a $20 savings which needs to be included in the total price comparison vrs. doing the same thing in a BKK Go Go ie picking up a girl and paying her barfine plus her lady drinks (no comp in BKK). 10. Gogos for the first few days of the trip. After that, its mainly massage places in the afternoon and escorts or freelancers at night. Love the variety in massage places that Bangkok offers with the oilies, PSEs, soapies, nurus etc. Looking forward to visiting a Kapoo Club on my next trip.

  11. 1st Gogo's - I loathe the visit to patpong, and cowboy doesn't excite me. Nana Plaza is it. 2nd - massage shops, this is really my favorite thing in BKK, so much so it'll probably become my number 1 mongering activity I plan to go with FL's more but since I only limit my time to 3 nights max in BKK on my home, I just run out of time

  12. Overwhelmingly soapies+massage. Better value than bars and I like a relaxed environment more personally. Nobody harassing you to buy drinks and if you walk in, don't see any you like, and leave, nobody takes this as rude or gets offended/angry. You can go any time of the day almost and don't have to stay up super late, relatively little "competition". Maybe a bit in the big soapies frequented mostly by locals the best girls might always be booked, but in smaller massage places not really. You go to snow white or Angel massage and spend like 1900-2200 or you go to a gogo, pay 1 dri

Super modern equipment (her husband is, or was, head of SE Asian operations for the largest dental supply company in the world so she has the most modern equipment) and good staff. highly recommended. I know she works from several locations but the clinic i visited was at Taisin Square between Soi 67 and Soi 69 next to the Phra Khanong BTS. 02-392-2953

  15. Usually when I’m in BKK it’s only for a few nights so I tend to stick to the GoGos & beer bars. Nana Plaza & Soi 4 beer bars are my preference but will always visit SC once to see what’s going down. Patpong is rare as it’s a pain in the arse to get to as I always stay near Nana. I can see the attraction of MPs & soapies but tend not to bother. If I was around for a week or two then yes but not when it’s 2/3/4 nights. For the same reason I don’t bother with tinder or TF and Thermae I tend to leave as I’m farang. Do enjoy BJ bars & like to make Tikk @ Kasalong my last v

  16. Nana is my go to and has been for many many years. I gave up on Cowboy as a tourist hotspot venue years ago. In the 90s I only knew about Patpong and had many good times there...it’s changed. other than that.....sipping a beer of an afternoon watching the world go past in a beer bar on Soi 4 and there are many cuties to be found down Soi 4 in massage shops eager for take out as you wander home late at night.

  17. I'm not going to list 10 items since everything I know has already been suggested. Except I did not see anyone mentioning the Contemporary Art Museum (MOCA). This is a world-class museum in BKK, and an absolute gem (many other museums in BKK are really sub par IMHO). It's a pain to get to, Mo Chit BTS and taxi, and expensive at 500 baht, but totally worth it.

  21. I think you are chasing a fantasy here. If there was a viable way for the maids to make money doing extra ‘polishing’ for guests then it would be in place and available. I’m pretty sure that you are not the first to go down this line. The picture below is a sticker on a maids cleaning trolley Nana Hotel Christmas 2017.

Put the TG's mind at ease. i also had a few girls who would not travel with me without a test result. Which is good, because then I make them test, so I can bareback while off to Phuket or Koh Samui or where ever.

  24. I would rent anywhere in the upper Sukhumvit neighborhood from Soi 23 as far east as Soi 63 and as far north as Phetchaburi. I would want a reasonably priced 2 bedroom apartment in a recently constructed building with 24 hour security/concierge, parking, and a nice swimming pool. Other neighborhoods like Lumphini or on the river front have attractive condos, but being relatively close, but not too close, to the action is a very important consideration to me. The Lumphini neighborhood, for example, is nice during the day, but dead after midnight.

  29. More things easing in the next few days. No bars though. If figures stay low, that will be another couple weeks away for sure. No flights (for tourists) into Thailand until the end of June. Probably even longer I reckon. When flights are allowed, there will no doubt be some sorts of restrictions (quarantine or/and medical fitness letter). If numbers remain low, my best guess for a best case scenario for a punter sat in a bar (who knows what restrictions bars will have to have?) surrounded by lovelies would be September/October. All it takes is a quick spike though, and tha

  38. I love Krung Thep and I could easily come up with a hundred but these are my ten personal favourites: 1) Visit Wat Traimit in Chinatown. This is one of my favourite temples in Thailand because I love gold. Wat Traimit houses the largest solid gold object in the world and weighs 5.5 tons. Yes really, it is solid gold. No matter how many times I go to see this temple I'm always left in complete awe at the magnificence of this statue. 2) Visit Lumphini Park. The park is beautiful and a great place to chill out for a few hours. It's always a hive of activity too and worth going to just to

  39. Just thought I'd put it out here that MOCA is well worth a visit. It's about a 10-15 taxi from Mo Chit station and next to the shambolic skytrain extension construction site meaning in time there'll be a nearby station. MOCA is in a large, spacious and classy building with some pretty impressive contemporary Thai painting and sculpture. 250 baht in. The cafe could do with more food but I'm quibbling. If your soul or higher self needs a bit of a cleanse and refreshment after porking TG's all week give it a look. http://www.mocabangkok.com
