  1. I have returned home. I work shift work in the marine industry so I stand a watch during the day and again at midnight and catch about 3 to 4 hours sleep between watches. I stayed on that schedule my entire trip. Up at night from about 8PM till 4AM slept from around 4AM till 8AM or so was out and about all day till about 6PM then a nap for a couple of hours. It was great and I was seldom tired. I took the “No Jet Lag” supplements as directed going both directions during my flights. I don’t know if it was them or my crazy sleep pattern to begin with but I had no jet lag I was just tired from he flight when I arrived but was busy every day and night I was there.
  2. I am arriving 1 March at 2225 pm from Hawaii via Tokyo. I have been pondering this whole thing as I want to make the best of my time being in BBK only a couple of days. I work a midnight shift out here, wondering if I should stay up all night the night before departure and sleep on the plane or sleep the night before. Also has anyone tried the jetlag supplements sold in travel stores and what was your take?
