They have laundry service, which is quite good. if that's too expensive, i am sure there are some places around that'll do to your laundry for a cheap price.

Good places to eat around soi 20
Outlandish replied to guysnightlife's topic in Restaurants, Places to Eat and nightlife
Terminal 21 has a foodcourt with plenty of choice. -
Since there was no topic only on Majestic Grande, here it goes.. Majestic Grande is a 4 star hotel on Sukhumvit Soi 2. The rooms look great, service is good and the kebab restaurant is very tasty. This hotel has a pool, which is quite small and there is a gym aswel. The hotel is close to Nana Plaza, perhaps a few minute walk. Annies Soapy is within 1 minute walking. Walk underneath the Rajah Hotel and you reached Soi 4. A Subway, 7-11, McDonalds, BurgerKing, Pizza Company and a small shoppingmall called Ploenchit Center is on the corner. Most important, the hotel is guest friendly :)

Stayed at this hotel last May. The rooms are ok, nothing fancy, but it has all you need. The staff is very nice and helpful, reception, doormen and housekeeping is always showing their smile. I am not talking about the restaurant btw, they could smile a bit more lol I haven't used the restaurant, since i was always late for breakfast and enough to eat outside. There is a possibility to use the gym and pool in their other hotel, which is Majestic Grande, located in Soi 2. The best thing about this hotel is the location, it's just around the corner of Nana Plaza and guest friendly. Will be staying there again :)

Any updates about this hotel anyone?

Four Point or Majestic Grand
Outlandish replied to boytoy's topic in Hotels & Accommodations in Bangkok
I haven't stayed in Foir Point, but I stayed 3 times in Majestic Grande so far. Their location is great, near Ploenchit Center, close to 7-11, McDonald's, Subway, BTS and Nana Plaza. The rooms look great, and their staff is good too. They have a small pool and a fitness center as wel, i didn't use these facilities btw. On the ground floor there is an Indian Kebab restaurant which is quite good, and there is a restaurant on the 7th floor. -

The rooms in Majestic Suites might look a little bit outdated. The rooms in Majestic Grande are looking great. It's more expensive than Majestic Suites..but just have a look..it might be what you are looking for :) -

It's not outdated at all. Good rooms, great service. Never visited their gym tho. You can also stay at Majestic Suites and use the gym at Majestic Grande. You'll have to ask for a voucher at the reception. -

Rotating pics
Outlandish replied to Outlandish's topic in How to join the forum & using the forums effectively.
I thought there should be an option of rotating pics while uploading on the forum. But it's a good idea to rotate before uploading. Thanks! I don't have a fruitbasket, i own an android :) -
Hi, How can i rotate my pics when i upload them? I always prefer pics to be taken landscape, but sometimes it's not possible. So, is there any way i can rotate my pics?

I stayed at Majestic Grande in Soi 2. It was safe at any time, also in the middle of the night.

Depends on the bar...and if the girl is a gogo or coyote. Average price for a gogo-girl is 2000 - 2500 baht, barfine is 500 - 700 baht. Never took a coyote, maybe another member knows :) You could go for a freelancer, that'll skip the barfine ;) -

There are short time rooms in Nana Plaza. 350 baht for the room, 20 baht for a condom if you are not packing. This was the pricing in 2015, just used it once. The rooms don't look nice, the bed is big, but not comfortable, and it has a shower. Found this website, don't know if it's up 2 date.. http://bangkok2night.com/hotels/short_time_hotels.shtml -
Hotel wit swimming pool near Nana
Outlandish replied to look4fun's topic in Hotels & Accommodations in Bangkok
Some hotels don't mind an early checkin if it's available. But some of the hotels will ask an early checkin fee. I don't know how late you arrive, but you still have to go through customs, collect your luggage, get a taxi, maybe hit up a trafficjam.. Perhaps you might arrive at, or just a bit before checkin time... Indeed, send an email to the hotel, and they can tell you how they handle early checkin.. -

Majestic Grande. Not expensive, but not a big pool either. Few minutes away from Nana Plaza. -

Vote for Majestic Suites, will be my 3rd stay there upcoming May. Just around the corner, and you might even have a view on Nana Plaza from your room if you're not on the street side :)
