  1. You will go through a hassle when you try to leave. Think it took my friend about 45 minutes to get cleared to leave.

  4. Going back to the original question - for the first two lines opened on Dec 5th, 1999 - physical construction of the lines (piling work) was started as early as 1995/1996.
