The Bay Breeze pool is small and mostly in the shade most of the time. So basically good for just a quick dip to cool off. The BB does have good central location.

I'm going to AC in March for 9 nights with maybe 2 of them in Subic. Flying MNL to BKK on Thai Air one way nonstop for $108 usd. From there I have airport pickup from Meow and going to Pattaya for 6 nights before coming back to Bangkok for 3 nights. I think nonstop is the way to go.

I stayed at the Aloft in October and it was very guest friendly, either leave the ID or don't. It's a newer hotel with a great view, I was on the 23rd floor. Booked here again for my April trip.
