  1. Yeah all done in English - Think the doctor fee was around 1200-1500 as they're specialists and then the meds on top. I'd aim to get 3-6mo worth in one go so the overall cost is low.
  2. If you have an existing ADHD med prescription then just show that and say you need Ritalin here. Should do the trick. If not just explain you can't focus etc, and your friends have gotten prescriptions and it's helped them immensely and you want to try. They ran me through a 21 question test (I failed) and they let me have a go at low dosages anyway. 5mg for me works fine personally split into 2 pills although it will vary for everyone.
  3. Haven't stayed in Sofitel since covid but Westin a ton (100+ nights). Westin rooms are dated, gym is alright... pool parties back up and they upgrade easily. Not sure what the lounge is like now that it's back upstairs. Rates aren't wild but definitely up since covid. Sofitels room are amazing, pre covid the lounge was great and the gym is fantastic. Location wise I'd put them in the same boat but personally being next to t21 I'd edge out Westin in location. Not sure how the breakfast is in both as I rarely ever went.
  4. Maximum performance clinic in BKK is great. Some insurances accept it also. Pricey but it includes regular bloods and all meds as well as add ons if you want (viagra/cialis/legal PEDs/HGH). Not sure what prices are anymore but their service and consistency is great and a branch in BKK and Pattaya and they can ship and do everything online too after you become a customer.
  5. You will not get that prescription locally. Ritalin is readily available however (16b a pill) for 5mg. Go to Bumrungrad behaviour dept and explain you have it already etc an they'll whisk up a prescription easily. Just get enough in one go so you don't have to come back and pay the doctor fee.
  6. I hate using taxis as they either use bad routes with high traffic or try to rip you off. I love using uber on the other hand. I've taken it for trips under 1km and to/from the airport. Just really tough during certain times when the wait times go up to 12mins+. I use it every chance I get as they're held more accountable.
  7. Seen many at the nightclubs and they seem to love all the dick they can get lol.
  8. Is anyone aware of any banks that sell index funds as investments? Looking to buy some vanguard index funds and mutual funds in Thailand to hold here, but can't seem to find information about it anywhere.
  9. I would say the Netherlands (my experience is AMS only) is very open and liberal. I've not been to other parts, but I would definitely say AMS could give Thailand a run for it's money in open mindedness and liberal thinking.
  10. I always loved the little golf buggies they send to grab you from the plane to whisk you through the airport. Sometimes it's a short ride, but I hate landing at a far gate and having to walk for so long. AMS/HKG are nightmares for this too. Once in HKG I got off at Gate 80 and had to connect at Gate 1 I think and then later got gate changed to 30. That was a miserable experience.
  11. The Conrad hotel had a room with terrace etc and has everything else you were looking for. Food and service are both great there and it's in the Hilton chain.
