  1. Train to Nana. Check in even if room isn't ready. Visit Tik @Kasalong for a well deserved BJ. Bar for drinks and after that wherever the day/night takes me
  2. I had a room at the back and it was quiet no echoes. It did have a window but no view to speak of. I'd certainly have no issues staying there again but YMMV as they say
  3. Taxi from Suvarnabhumi to Nana, should be around 40 minutes but can take from experience E few hours.more than that in traffic. As was said above, take the train and BTS. Total travel time is usually around an hour and the cost is about 80 baht. Getting to Don Muang taxi really is the only convenient way and unless you leaving in peak hour travel time journey is usually 45minutes to an hour.
  4. Yeah I remember the Asok one and one at Paya Thai but not Nana
  5. Haven't been to this particular red planet but if it's anything like the others, rooms will be tiny
  6. Took a minibus recently from Don Mueang to Pattaya, 2200 for 8 ppl
  7. Any current tips on a good pharmacy for apcalis around soi23 / SOI cowboy?
  8. Exactly why the train is my preferred option during the day.
  9. If after midnight then you best option is a taxi. Should cost you around the 350-400 baht range. Other than that the best option I find earlier in the day night is the train and bts
  10. You will not have an issue with Icon and it's definitely guest friendly. Actually, so was one of the receptionists last October too, but that's a different story.
  11. Rajah hotel shortcut was open last October. Safe, easy and much quicker
  12. Cheers joeyb I got a get rate and it's looks great in the photos. Not expecting brand new or super posh but clean comfortable and a great location. Thanks for the info
  13. Anyone stayed here at all? Looks great in the photos and has plenty of good Agoda etc reviews. Decided to stay in a different area this trip as I always stay around Nan normally.
  14. Stayed here a bit over a year ago and it's a great little hotel. Rooms are clean and comfy. Every works and the staff are nice. Also can confirm Nana Plaza girls will happily walk the distance
  15. Not at all. You should be through immigration fairly quickly in my experience.
  16. I've already thought about using these services but honestly just have not seen the need. In over 20 trips over never had to wait more than about 10-15 minutes at immigration and I've always made the luggage carousel before my bad ( if I had one ). Plus I kinda enjoy stretching the legs on the walk after 9hrs in a plane
  17. I've always just figured the busier the street food stall is with Thai customers, The better it is. Has not done me wrong so far
