  1. Whats the latest and greatest on the bridge construction?
  2. Alot of the massage places will have your "big boned" ladies.
  3. Not gonna get you anywhere I'm afraid. Even at 8k per month you're not anything close to lower Sukhumvit. At the extremes of the BTS like Bearing/Udom Suk maybe, but they won't be the newest buildings. You need around 10-12k for something decent in the on nut area.
  4. Why take anti-biotics just in case? Take them only if you have something!!! Anti biotic resistance is taking off due to overprescription of antibiotics for "general purposes"...
  5. Nothing like some finger lickin good KFC for a late night feast :)
  6. Thonglor area or Silom area. Otherwise Kisso at the Westin Grande Sukhumvit at Asoke is a favourite for me
  7. Taxi's all the way, door to door service, relatively cheap and no getting hot in the sun.
  8. If you are going out, make sure you have your phones/wallets enclosed in some sort of waterproof bag/case/cover and also try not to swallow the water as the water used may not be even tap quality...
  9. I would recommend ekkamai or phra khanong. Each have their own vibe and are far enough from the tourist havens of asoke/nana.
  10. MBK, Chatuchak, street vendors to name a few. I don't think you will have a hard time finding any.
  11. Enjoy your holiday and don't penny pinch. Sure the fx rate may have moved unfavourably, but unless its fallen off a cliff (i.e. >20%), don't let that stop you from doing what you normally would.
  12. Not a very cost effective one, you'll probably pay more in freight than you will for the drink itself!
