  1. I have never tried them but I want to next trip. I was thinking of ordering them online but my trip is only a few weeks away so not sure they will arrive in time. I am pretty sure I have seen them in many stalls on Suk Road between Nana and Asoke . Can anyone confirm and if its the genuine stuff? Thanks
  2. Strike that. I just read the benefits of Club Millesime. And it has late check out subject to availability.
  3. Yes I was hoping to stay there but when I was making reservation it said check out 12 mid day at the latest
  4. Hi all, Back to Thailand again in a week or so. My return flight home leaves at close to mid night so I have another full day in BKK. I normally stay at Landmark on last few nights and i know they have late check out to 4pm which is great, however this trip I am going to stay at another hotel for last 2 nights. Do fellow board members know of any 4 - 5 star hotels that have check out to 4pm or even 6pm. 4pm is fine as i can check out leave my luggage at hotel, have a massage for a few hours and an early dinner and a few drinks at Hilarys etc then head to airport So any other hotels in Suk area who offer this? I think Emporium offer to 3pm. Any others??? Thanks in advance.
  5. Hi all, Upcoming trip starts Sunday and cant wait. I always like to spoil myself a little at the end of the trip and have booked last 2 nights at Landmark Hotel. I have stayed before and love the hotel and there Premium rooms. The trick and question I have. On my 2nd last night I have set up a lovely 3 way for the night with 2 bi girls from Craigslist. Anyway, do landmark charge a joiner fee for the ëxtra"lady. As I said i have stayed there before and know the beds are huge so 3 can sleep no problems however what is the trick to get the girls up to the room without having to pay an extra fee Thanks Big Yuley
  6. I have flown into Don Mueang numerous times. The issue I have with this. It has never taking me a long time to get through immigration (its never if 3 or 4 international planes land at the same time there). Every single time I have had to wait 10 - 20 minutes for luggage to come through, so my problem with that is what is the use of paying Fast Track fee? To be first at the carousal waiting for the luggage?
  7. i stayed there for a few nights just after new year. Overall the hotel was ok. I would stay there again even though it did serve the purpose. As stated it is a fair work to Nana. Ok for me but it would be a fair work for a bar girl with high heels. Also the bathroom and toilet had a terrible smell (like the sewerage pipes had a leak of some kind) so for my 2 nights i didnt take a girl back to the room mainly for that reason. It served the purpose but after a dozen trips to BKK and probably 8 or 9 hotels this will not be one I will visit again
  8. I stayed there a few weeks ago for 5 nights. I was with my gf so cant confirm if girl friendly or not. Umm honestly I was somewhat unimpressed for the price. The King Bed is two single beds together with a king mattress. And on wheels. Breakfast menu doesnt change at all. Swimming pool very small. 2 lifts which take forever. My opinion is there are many superior options for the same price. Centre Point Terminal 21 is only across the road and in my opinion far superior (for about same price).
  9. Hi all, I know Grand Millennium Sukhumvit is girl friendly but was wondering if its girl friendly for more than 1 girl. My gf and I will be checking in together but will be hitting the Go Go's to find a play mate for us both for the night. Is this ok to do at Grand Millennium??? In truth as my gf and I will be checking in together I dont see a problem, but thought I would get feedback from others? Thanks
  10. Stayed there last trip for a few days. Loved it. Rooms big and clean with mod facilities. I booked Grand Suite but got upgraded to Admiral Suite. Not far walk to Soi Cowboy either. And pool on the roof is great if you are into that. Im staying there for a few days in a couple of weeks and the start of my next trip. Highly recommended. http://www.agoda.com/asia/thailand/bangkok/admiral_premier_hotel.html
  11. Yeah Im thinking the same. If I check out of hotel at say mid day, but the time I arrive back in Melbourne it will be about 24 hours without a shower. Think its more worth while paying for the extra night and have us right up to when I leave. Thanks for you help.
  12. Hi there, My upcoming trip is on 6 weeks away thank god... I have my last night in BKK on the 26th of September, however my flight does not leave until close to mid night on the 27th. Do you recommend I search for a hotel with a late check out, or should I book a hotel for the extra day so I have access to the hotel all day until about 9pm until I make my way to the airport?? Thoughts, suggestions?? Thanks
  13. I have stayed there and highly recommend the place. In fact with the last couple of room disappointments in BKK, I am going back to tried and true places so will be staying her on my trip early December.
