  1. Thanks for replying. Glad it's not just me (and yes, I was able to get on for a while yesterday too). I guess it's getting too popular and can't handle the traffic!
  2. For the last couple of days, whenever I've tried to login to Pattaya Addicts I get this: There appears to be an error with the database. If you are seeing this page, it means there was a problem communicating with our database. Sometimes this error is temporary and will go away when you refresh the page. Sometimes the error will need to be fixed by an administrator before the site will become accessible again. You can try to refresh the page by clicking here Unfortunately refreshing doesn't seem to work. Is it just me? http://www.pattaya-addicts.com/forum/search.html&nav=lv&CODE=show&searchid=961acc005319d9be34880470dbb09b89&search_in=topics&result_type=topics
  3. A little further on from Asok, try the Dubliners (just after soi 22).
  4. Obviously (I hope) as of Thursday night (13th) things have seriously escalated and while Cowboy and Nana are safe (so far) the shopping mall area is not! The BTS (Skytrain) and MRT have been closed all day and are likely to remain so tomorrow (Sunday).
  5. It's all safe, although Siam Paragon, Centralworld and Siam Discovery remain closed. Everywhere else you mention is open as normal and less busy! BTS & MRT open as normal. I work at Chitlom and have to walk through a Reds barricade to get to my place of work. They're very friendly.
  6. It's not the Skytrain, it's a totally different system and will only connect with the Skytrain at Phaya Thai and then it will still require a walk to the station. Proposed fare was going to be 150 baht but I would bet on it being higher by the time it finally opens. Anyone with bags and not travelling alone would be better off taking a taxi. But we'll see.
  7. Thanks for replying. I'm just getting a "HTTP 404 NOT FOUND - The webpage cannot be found" message. It's the only webpage I'm having problems accessing and I'm sure I have the address correct.
  8. I haven't been able to log on to Pattaya Addicts for two days now. Is it me (or my connection) or is there a problem with the site??
