    yes at times it is down. Just be patient. Its happened a few times.

    Best thing to to bring a small netbook and just put them on there.

    Ithink there are cheapter alternatives on the internet. I dont have a link off the top of my head but they involve dialing a mobile number locally which then connects you to the the internet calling net.
