you all know that if they don't make clothes on the premises all the Indian shops use the same two factories!

i have had various accounts in BKK over the last 15 years. i used to be able to walk into any bank and get an account but recently they have all demanded work permit etc. Siam commercial are the most up to date bank in Thailand, however, Kasikorn have been fine for my transfers in from abroad.

where you go is not important unless they make the clothes on the premises. I have Indian friends in this business who tell me they all use two places for suits and shirts. The stuff i have had is ok but nothing special.

just get in a taxi and ask for pantip plaza in New Phetchaburi Road it's basically one main road over from MBK and sukhamvit/siam sq. its the computer place but surrounded by clothing places. much better than MBK. You can do MBK/siam/discovery etc etc all the way to central world pop around the corner to Phetchaburi rd. There are a few night markets around that are much cheaper than pat pong

look here the place you may want is at one end of the school or in the big mall on the corner.
