  1. You could take a look on sites like fazwaz. If you want real luxury, they have something to offer. Most prices for real luxury around this area start around 90.000 THB, the first penthouse style starts around 140.000 THB
  2. Last time I was at Sugar, like 3-4 weeks ago, it was like 60-70% filled
  3. No clinic. Just go to a doctor. You can get a monthly testosterone enantate injection with 250mg for around 500-1000 baht or the expensive Bayer one with 1000mg every three months for around 10k. If you do this just for the low testosterone it should be enough. If that's not enough do it like hbit suggested.
  4. I can't recommend them. Super overpriced and they do not really care about you as a patient.
  5. Bolt would be the go to app for transportation if they would implement/activate card payment in Thailand. Only cash and that's limiting the usage. Grab is more expensive but allows card payment and therefor is just more convenient. It's just a no brainer.
  6. You need to extend it before the time is up, then you keep everything. You can download the dtac app from the stores and refill your account
  7. 599 is only for 15 days. So you would need 599 + 599 + 500 = 1698 THB = 69 AUD Also it is limited to 15GB (in total not daily or something). Better way to do it. Get the small card and upgrade net usage with promotion. It also extends your sim-card with every refill: (Prepaid promo page: https://www.dtac.co.th/en/dtac-promotion/packages/netunlimited.html?bnid=20150708794) 299 + 374 (2mbit/s) + 500 (calls) = 1173 THB = 47 AUD 299 + 695 (4mbit/s) + 500 (calls) = 1494 THB = 60 AUD A good deal if you don't mind a bit of overpaying: 299 + 900 (10mbit/s 90 days) + 500 (calls) = 1699 THB = 68 AUD The tourist sim is basically a prepaid sim card.
  8. If you use the links above your post. In the DTAC tourist sim a call to Australia is 6THB the minute. There are currently no packages for international calls (at DTAC)
  9. I only know about true and dtac. Like I said before, many Thai like AIS. Maybe that's a reason too. For me the messages have also massively increased since covid and you have to leave your phone number where ever you go. So it's pretty sure some places sold it or random people came and just took a picture of the book and sold it.
  10. I get spam from them all. At least I get a message every day of any of them. Sometimes I get up to 5 from true/DTAC
  11. As a tourist you mostly get a prepaid contract for a few days/weeks. The DTAC app is nice to charge your sim and extend it's lifetime. For everything else it has no use (IMHO). You can only see your usage and a lot of commercial/upsales. It has some member level stuff (based on time and how much you spent for DTAC) and promotions. True has a lot of apps. In the beginning it's very confusing. I needed two apps for verification and sometimes they are really buggy (and I mean really really buggy). You can also charge and pay your bills there (true id).
  12. I personally use DTAC and true. In Bangkok it's good. Both sometimes have network problems (internet, not phone). This is what I heard from my Thai friends: If you only in cities, it doesn't matter that much. If you more in the rural areas, they all tell me that AIS has the best network there. Maybe someone has more experience in this topic. EDIT: Just a side note. If you not here for holidays and move in a condo or home and you want faster internet, then just wait before you buy something. Some providers have complimentary sim cards coming with your internet (that's why I have true for example)
  13. It would really be nice if you have more information about this. If you can't post about it, my inbox is always open ;)
  14. I think I need to start playing golf. Any info's? Is it really only golf or is it golf and after party? ;)
  15. For this price range and not to far outside I know only the On Nut area. Also this will be really condos for Thais. If there is a kitchen, don't expect western standard equipment or any equipment at all. On Nut has BTS, but don't know about MRT. Maybe you have to switch. As you already guessed, renting a condo is out of your options (legally), but you can still ask around. AirBnB or a Hotel maybe, but will be a challenge with your Budget, but not impossible.
  16. Thanks for the info. Was it the same brand? Did you check if it's the real one, like compare the packaging?
  17. I want to go to Phuket too. But domestic traveling still not allowed. At least with the current Sandbox rules. Let's see if they allow it on 1st September, I hope it
  18. Hotel's for Nana Action: There is Alt Hotel Nana, it's on Soi 2 at the end of Soi 4 Nana. They have shuttle service (back and forth) directly to Nana Plaza. They have two Buildings A and B. In B there are also some Freelancers (incall). The rooms are standard. Building B has also monthly rental options and isn't that expensive. Teja Hotel. It's near Alt Hotel Nana, a little bit hidden on the opposite street. Rooms again standard, but also has shuttle service (back and forth). Walk to Nana maybe 5 minutes. Hotel's for Freelancer Action: Amora NeoLux Hotel in Sukhumvit 31. Rooms a little bit above standard. FL don't need to go to the reception and can enter the elevator without problems. It's also near Sukhumvit Soi 22 (Massage and Bars). Solo Express in Sukhumvit 81. This is perfect for all the Freelancers near OnNut. Rooms are a bit under standard and could be modernized. So for holiday and relax maybe not the best action, but just for meetings it's perfect, but it's also super cheap. FL don't need to go to the reception. This is true for both buildings.
  19. I went to Cali-Mex at the corner of soi 22 mentioned above. I personally think the dishes are to small for the price. Ordered chili con carne and the dish was like 5 spoons
