Herrby is 100% correct. Phra Khanong is a good area to look as he suggested. The rough pricing is 35k/month. I have friends that are paying 50k/month for a large 1/1 (dont ask me why). You might want to expand your horizons and look at renting an upscale town home. These generally come with 2-3 stories at around the same 35k price. Less traffic from random people living in the building, more space, you still have all your security and amenities (coworking space, gym, pool, 24/7 security, etc.) Our town home is 3 stories and a 4/4. Other owners that are renting are currently asking 30k-35k unfurnished.
