I'm keen to stay at The Davis hotel but I'm finding different reports relating to whether its guest friendly or not. Its featured on a few 'guest friendly' sites but then I found a comment on one site saying that it's not anymore. This is contradicted again on another post that only dates back to November. I sent them an email asking the questions but their reply only confirmed accommodation rates ect. Tried to call earlier but no answer. Does anyone know? Cheers.

Thanks for the info! I've been to Climax before but I think it used to be called Spicy!? Do you know what the 'higher class' places are called?

I've only been to Bangkok (Thailand in general) once about 8 years ago. I recall (only just having consumed copious amounts of alcohol) that after the club closed at 2am (we were empty handed) some lads from Singapore took us to what must have been a hotel restaurant FULL of decent women. They were still serving food and drink until the early hours. We had some decent munch, a few drinks, picked a girl (and they really were hot) and went back to our hotel. Are such places common? Can anyone recommend any? I'm planning to stay around the Sukhumvit area so would be great if there are any nearby? Cheers.
