Trendy Condominium in Sukhumvit Soi 13 has a nice Gym, a huge Pool, apartments are all new. The buidling is very modern, has several restaurants, travel agencies, laundry, hair dresser and supermarket in the ground floor.Its located between Nana and Asok BTS. The lobby has a blackboard with lots of Ads " Apartments for rent ". 3 months rental is Ok with most owners. just go to the immigration office or ask a travel agent to take care of it, they will give you a final 30 day extension. If I can remember its THB 1,900. Just make sure you wont go on the last day of your Visa cos it might be crowded and you have to go back the next day, in which case you overstayed 1 day and have to pay a small fine.

Just checked the menu, looks delicious, will definitely try it out next month when I'm in BKK! 690++ for an Executive set as described on their Menu sounds very in-expensive to me, its like a steal. Here in Manila you cannot get even 1 Main course in a nice restaurant owned or run by a Westerner.
