Serviced apartment recommendation's

I am planning a trip to Bangkok early in 2022, and will be staying in Bangkok for 60 days.

I am looking for recommendations for a serviced apartment with a cost of 40,000 baht per month or less within walking distance of the BTS or MRT in a tourist/expat popular area.

I've used 14 Place Sukhumvit Suites.  It's just off of Asoke BTS.  Far enough off the main road that it is quiet.  Good sized apartments with all the amenities.  Good internet.  Close enough to walk a lady (or two) from Soi Cowboy for ST.

Thanks, but they are asking 3000 baht per night.
