I am not sure why you call that bike above a "chooper"  Maybe it is the angle, but I don't seen a modified frame or extended handle bars. Looks just like a regular big bike to me..

 

I think it will be hard to find an actual chopper for rent in Bangkok. Traffic is too tight and turns are sharp... Renters would definitely crash it. Lol

 

But if you want a bike like the one pictured above, Emma Motorbikes seem to have Harley's, Triumphs, and Kawasakis that are similar.

I called it a chopper, that's the Tenglish word for big bike. Otherwise I never do.

In Los, if you say motorbike, it's in general confused with a scooter. They even call them MC-taxi instead of scooter-taxi.....

And that's something i never like to ride....
