Duty Free Whiskey Price Check?

Anyone in BKK airport Duty Free and/or Bangkok city and can get a price on a bottle of Glennfiddich 15yr?  I could buy a different brand but I like how smooth the GF 15yr is...  I also have a stop in Taipei, also an option for Duty Free.  Booze is insanely expensive where I'm from (Canada) as this whiskey in a 750ML is $80 CDN here.  I'm sure it would be half price in my money whether I buy it in the airport or while in Bangkok.

I like something to sip on while I'm at the hotel, also having something good to offer to guests comes in handy.  Will also try to get some 'lady drinks' for the hotel as well.

Anyone have ballpark figures?  Thanks.

If no info comes out of this I'll try to do a review of the Duty Free if I have time, unless there are delays and such.  I have a 4hr window in Taipei.

Be sure to only bring in your allowed limit otherwise you risk being extorted by the customs and excise guys.

King Power duty free prices in airport: https://www.kingpower.com/en/brands/glenfiddich.html

Online delivery in Thailand. I assume this will be more or less the same price as in a supermarket: https://www.wishbeer.com/en/763-whisky#/brand-glenfiddich

That Duty Free is a ripoff for the bottle I was looking for.  Seems same price/more money than it's at home... guess I'll see what Taipei prices are like and if there are no deals, I'll be buying a cheaper bottle of something else when I get in country.

Checking that King Power link, JWB is definitely a savings over my purchase here but not as much as I thought.

There's Duty Free shops in my outgoing Airport... just wondering if they'll let me check it in my bag (will have to ask before I buy).  Of course, I won't be bringing more than the 1 L that Thailand allows.

King Power doesn't seem cheap at all.

King Power duty free prices on alcohol can be a lot dearer than some country's normal retail prices

Is BKK Duty Free lower than a regular priced bottle of whiskey in a Bangkok liquor store or is there almost no difference?

One word, expensive at the Taipei Duty Free.  Although, I tasted 3 varieties of Glenmorangie before I picked this one.  It was more than I wanted to spend, but it tasted awesome.  I'm sure I saved very little or it's the same price at home.  Had to say fuck it and pick something up.  Could have bought a 18-19yr Glenmorangie in an amazing box/case for another 50 Taiwan dollars but I tasted this one and it was very good.
