Hotel Report: Citrus Sukhumvit 11

I had a recent visit to bkk in 3rd week of August. While searching for the suitable place, I came across this hotel as it was offering a cosy room @1500baht and rooms looked quite decent and well maintained. I booked it for 3 Nights as it was stone throwaway distance from Insanity night club, walkable distance from shock 39 nightclub. Of course soi11 is around the nearby area which has many places for having drinks at leisure.

 

OK back to hotel. Check-in process was smooth and efficient and took only 5 minutes. Internet connectivity was super fast. Password is available in each room written on a label near the working desk. I have seen some muslim families with their kids. This may be due to its vicinity to soi 3 which is known as Arabic street. Anyways, I took the room key, and took the elevator to 8th floor. I entered in the room. Room was Nice but little small but still very well maintained with a cosy bed, chair, nice bathroom, minibar etc. City View from the hotel was also nice which was a plus as it looked really beautiful in night time. One of my lady guest appreciated it very much. Toiletries are provided and they make sure that your room is cleared during the time you take your breakfast in the morning which is what I liked very much.

5.30am to 10.30am

 

After a sound sleep in noise-free room, I got up around 9am and went for breakfast which is available at restaurant called MUNCH near lobby area. Good selection of American, English and Asian breakfast. I ate to my capacity as I was feeling very hungry. The staff is very attentive and respond immediately to your requirements with a big smile. There are two areas for breakfast. If you prefer to sit in open air area with a fan only, that is also a possibility here. Overall this is value for money. For ~1500baht, you get a Nice and quite location, good clean room with comfortable bed and nice bathroom.

 

I will book this hotel again during my next trip.
